1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email), OAuth tokens (encrypted), and invoice metadata (vendor name, amount, date, invoice number). We do not store invoice files on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the invoice extraction and organization service, communicate with you about your account, and improve our platform.
3. No File Storage
Invoice files are processed in memory and sent directly to your cloud storage. InvoiceSync does not retain copies of your invoices or email attachments.
4. OAuth Security
All OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We use read-only scopes where possible and never request your email or cloud storage passwords.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Contact us at support@invoicesync.app.
